Im player from eune, and, I've played lucian a lot lately, cuz i find him strong and fun after Youmuu's buff. He was strong and fun before too, but now he fits in my style better :). With this build you will make tons of damage, BUT you MUST stay behind your team, away from damage. Please give this build a chance and rate it!
