With Sassy Susan, your game will be determined entirely by how effectively you can either:

1. Farm your delicious Q stacks
2. Utterly violate your opposing laner

Null Magic Mantle, as the most broken item in the game, will keep you ticking over throughout laning phase, allowing you to back and purchase many things with what is no doubt, the absolute ****ton of gold that you have aquired in lane. The exhaust is used to make ganking your lane even easier, especially when used in conjunction with your W.

Once you begin building the first of your twin hydras, Midgame madness can begin.

Midgame madness is where this build truly gets spicey.

Sassy Susan during midgame madness becomes a monstrous roaming machine, if the enemy bot or top laners have no escapes, then your exhaust and W combination will decimate them with a fraction of effort. Nasus also begins his tower obliteration around this stage, so the hard push with the rest of your team will cause chaos in and around the map.

Your ultimate is your strongest weapon during this period, use it to laugh when your opponents drop like flies around you, and to grow fat when you have an even easier time of landing your beastly Q's.

When you complete both of your twin hydras and one of your situational items. Late game Lunacy will enter it's full effect.

You utilise your twin Hydras, build a Warmogs or 2 and continue doing what you have been doing in the Mid game Madness phase.

Then you win the game.

As you can see, Sassy Susan shut down the enemy Akali, because she is a frail, broken midlaner who is anemic and slowly dying. This takes nothing away from the wonderful performance of none other than myself though.
