I liked the counter jungle advice. I have tried that off of the start of the game but not when it resets... this will allow me to still be closer to bot lane and not worry about rushing away to get back to the blue reset.

Most champions will be slowed not just for the slow amount, but slowed by others as well. For example, if someone has frozen fist / frozen mallet, or it's shaco's e or any champion that can keep slowing you, tenacity does nothing to prevent.

Swiftness is better than merc on udyr unless they have a lot of stuns (amumu, riven ... etc)

Nerf isn't coming soon. Tenacity reduces slow and makes your net distance you cross greater than Swiftness would. (not incorporating the extra movespeed. Also slows aren't Udyr's only problem.

Wrong. Boots of swiftness is the best choice on udyr unless you really need the merc treads/ninja tabi to counter the enemy team. Swiftness is pretty op, hence the nerf coming soon .

-1 Boots of Swiftness not viable on Udyr nor is Lich Bane, it's useless on him.

I fail to see how your going to run through the enemy team and kill there carries with that.

Please don't offend Udyr like that again the build is bad sorry but it is.

Please only build one spellblade item and don't advise Lich Bane for a Bruiser or Tank. You should really change that.
