You should also consider the cost effectiveness of Mobility Boots, 475 gold!

Boots of mobility is probably the most preferred boots out of any Thresh player. It is very good at roaming and is cost effective. I preferably like to take Boots of Swiftness and like to spend the extra 200g because I believe I do much better with these boots because when you Death Sentence someone and re-activate the ability to dash towards them, you are going to be in the center of the fight and when you have Mobility Boots usually there is no way out. When i take Boots of Swiftness i can usually get out and live and continue to maybe throw another hook or lantern to help my team.

Wut. Zyra, Karma, Nami, Lulu, Morgana and even Leona come to my mind.

Yes these supports do ad damage, but I don't think its worth to have Glyph of Magic Resist. I think Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist is better because the stats are better at lvl 9 and above. If you think that you are better off having Glyph of Magic Resist then go for it! This is more preference on the type of player. I also changed what I said in my guide so people can bring great glyph of magic resist if they want to if they feel heavily pressured by the enemy support.

Yes I do most of the time take Mobility Boots but with boots of swiftness you get both map movement and combat stats. Taking 1 auto damage from anything like minions or monsters make the passive on Mobility Boots go away. This is all preference though. Maxing Flay in lane is better because of the damage you get with the passive on it. It also increases the slow on it too. I start to max Death Sentence after I have put 3 or 4 point into my Flay. I am not even close to finished with this guide so there are more in depth explanations and chapters to come. Thank you for the feedback!

Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: Thresh will be using his magic resistance more near mid and late game than early game. Most supports will not be doing any damage in laning phase so taking Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist is better than Greater Glyph of Magic Resist.

Generally people tend to buy Mobility Boots early on to impove your map movement and capability to land Death Sentence.
Maxing Death Sentence is a pretty niche option to reduce its cooldown valuably. You could also possibly put a few points into Flay before maxing Death Sentence but generally if not losing/ being forced into unfortunate trades constantly.
