a good morgana can use her black shield to completely negate your attempts at locking down and enemy carry, when diving try wait for her black shield to be on cooldown, then dive on the carry. also her dark binding can be quite a pain in laning phase so as usual hang behind your minions and try wait for it to also be on cooldown when diving.
