Press The Attack: 3 hits and a damage burst + 12% received damage from all sources activates on the enemy, this includes poison, when the rune activates you'll obliterate your enemies.

Overheal: Gives a nice shield when you complete the Gunblade, helps a lot because most likely the top laner will engage you first and in endgame the shield is absurd.

Legend Alacrity: Attack speed to deal more mayhem, fits nice with Press The Attack.

Cut Down: Deal more damage to tanks, since you'll have most likely tanks in top it's the best run to tear them up, you'll anyways obliterate champions that are non tanks.

Eyeball Collection: AD or AP bonus, not much to say.

Ravenous Hunter: You'll feel the poison and basic attacks heal you like no tomorrow.
