I really have no place to make a guide, but I have fun with this build. The premise is to become a late game power house, your w and frost better damage. The idea is to have ap burst on your w ult and e, and to have crit burst on frozen enemies. You may have noticed that there were no boots in this build. Since its a meme build, I decided to put all my items to pure damage. if someone escapes your burst, its over, so have a friend with more cc and chase potential. Again its a meme build, so only use this in normal's with friends, not in ranked or with randoms. Do this so no one flames you.
