Disclaimer and when to pick.
DON'T BLIND PICK SENNA. Only play her if you feel like you can do smth against the enemy team and if you feel confident on her. I am a hardstuck D4 player so don't expect this strategy to give you free elo. I think it's CAN be strong and I like playing it. But i am D4 hardstuck so i might be clueless.
How to play
Try farming souls for enemies. Cooldown per champion is 6s so you can do it pretty often. You can get souls from your jungler's camps. GRUBS GIVE YOU 2 SOULS EACH and the mini ones can also drop some so try to have prio for it. Early and mid gamme skirmishes are good for stacking souls and if you play them slow you can easly kite the enemy.
