Introduction

Hello all , i hope you will like this build it works perfectly for me.

Summoner Spells

Exhaust and Ignite hands down , ignite for champions like Sona,Janna,Soraka,Mundo to reduce their heal and also is good to get kills ,exhaust for escaping/chassing/

Runes

Try to go for energy per level seals if you want or health , but not dodge because if shen dodges an attack from an enemy champion ki strike cooldown will not be reduced by 2 sec , get flat magic resist/per level glyphs , hp quints and magic penetration marks for some burst with ki strike / vorpal blade

Masteries

9/21/0 Works perfectly , with 9 points in offense you get deadliness witch lets you crit with Ki strike , 3% cooldown reduction and 15% magic penetration from archaic knowledge , 21 points in defense and 0 utility, some shen's will hate to play without ghost but if you really want to not feel the ghost change take boots of swiftness+force of nature bonus is WIN !

Farming

You can easily farm by last hit creeps with ki strike and vorpal blade when they are around 15-20%

Team Work

Very important as Shen, make sure you and your team are on the same page at all times. Make sure they know when u use your ulty and most of all keep the enemies off your carries and you will win every time.
