Introduction
Quick play guide full build will be at bottom.
With the masteries you start with enough gold for a machete and a flask, go get blue first (no leash needed) the go wolves, wraiths, then golems, at blue use your barrier in fight, then 1 use of the flask, smite and kill the little guys, then at wolves pop the flask again kill the big one first then little guys, wraiths same thing, now at the golems you want to use your q on both, then use e on the small one while you kill the big golem, go ahead and smite the large golem, free 10 extra gold and makes it a lot quicker, then kill the small guy, you should back with 300 health and a little over 400 gold at lvl 3, buy a madred's razors (RIP Bloodrazor) then feel free to gank any lane that's being pushed a little too far to be safe, back in the jungle go take your red and wraiths, check if you need to gank again, if not, go get wolves and golems, check again, then back and get your boots or if you can get your lantern, or if everything went right get both. now you should be lvl 4 or 5 with boots and a lantern and should be ganking a lot faster and easier, gank a few times and get back into the jungle, next time you back finish your boots. Now you're lvl 6 at least and should be doing good damage have nice speed and have some life steal, placing that ward on the lantern wherever it's needed, if you see someone almost dead in range of your ult, go for it, don't be afraid of fighting as Nocturne, as soon as you have 800 gold get another vampiric scepter to start buying into your blade of the ruined king, get some ganks and counter jungle a bit, when you can, get your scimitar, grab your buffs, or if they're not up grab theirs, get another gank in and get your Blade of the Ruined King, if possible grab yet another vampiric scepter for a hydra, repeat as usual, come back and get a tiamat, or buy the pickaxe and longsword, then tiamat when you have enough, repeat as usual, come get your Ravenous Hydra, now that you have 30% life steal and 130 extra AD with ~60% splash damage, armor, health regeneration, attack speed, get a couple daggers or a stinger, then a long sword and finish your Zephyr (20AD 50AS 10CDR 10MSM AND TENACITY WHAAAAAAT) now you have 30%LS 150 extra AD 60% splash damage, 30 extra armor, 15 extra health regen, 75% extra attack speed, 10% CDR, 10 movement speed multiplier, 45 extra movement speed, and 35% tenacity, you're going to do a lot of damage to a lot of people and be fine afterwards, so you're going to be the priority number 1, you cant stop them from killing you when you're focused no matter how hard you try, so, might as well make it useless to focus you, grab a Guardian Angel and make then need to kill you twice while being even more durable because of it.

Wait for the tank to initiate the fight then go in, target the squishiest first then move up till only the tank remains. UNLESS someone is almost dead and running from the fight, us that ult and chase them down, move back into the fight, someone else is running almost dead, pop your q move through everyone if needed and chase them down, don't forget to use your spell shield when chasing if they have cc.
Also in the team fight use fear on the one who does the most damage and melt them real quick before worrying about anyone else on their team.
