This build is halfly tested by me(well, couldn't play that long to make full build) and it worked very well. At end game enemys are just some hit and they die, with that build every hit you do is crit, and attack speed is crazy fast.

Explanation: at begin use your Burnout ability always when you can, try last hit minions(in that Twin Bite can be a very good help). Later when teamfights, ganks start and you want kill eenmy champs try first shot it with Flame Breath, then turn on your Burnout and Twin Bite and if it's still alive just easily jump over it with Dragon's Descent and use Twin Bite here, that simply combo can cause tons of damage.
