The overall build is ok, but I find the guide pretty unclear, specially your chapter's order. I'd suggest getting the 
Guardian Angel before Atma's Impaler if you're rather fed.

I find that in most games I rush madred's razor and on my next back i can normally afford both Heart of Gold and Wriggle's Lantern as they are both relatively cheap items. I find that I very seldom need to go recall unless I take alot of damage in a gank attempt.

I think you should put Heart of Gold before fully made Wriggle's Lantern cause she doesn't rly need to rush it.
