Shyvana is great at jungling and has amazing clearance time although she lacks cc. This is where exhaust comes in. It is great for ganking but since it has a lengthy cooldown phage is a must have on shyvana. Maxing W will give you faster clearence time, more damage, and movement speed to catch enemies so that you can gank with your phage or frozen mallet.This is also makes it safer to counter-jungle considering if an enemy sees you its easy to get out of a trick situation. Shyvana is a great duelist and will easily beat most enemies at early levels.
