Introduction
For Skill Sequence I felt that Phreak knew what he was doing. The mobility and constant dmg with Burnout is extremely burdensome for your opponent. Maxing it out also really helps you combine your other skills together. Another benefit is the pushing power in lane. If you opponents try to stop them at the wrong time you can rush them because of the time increase of Bournout when you attack even minions. It may give you a supprise nuke that they were not expecting if you combine Flame Breath and Twin Bite.
For runes I chose to go with early game dmg and defences. Also the attack speed Quints will help you later on. With this setup I am capable of staying in lane longer. Even deal dmg longer with the more hits I am able to take. At LV6 you are capable of well planned tower diving much more effectively.
Doran's Shield - Doran's Items are always helpful with their multi stats. This will give you about 50 Magic Resist and Armor at LV1 in lane with the runes and mastery points in this guide. The boost to health and health regen is a nice addition to keep you in lane longer.
Boots of Speed - You want to get more movement as soon as possible to help you keep your opponents in check. If you are to slow they will be able to control your movement much more easily.
Vampiric Scepter - This will give you some life steal to regain health faster when your opponents are sitting back and being cautious. Also it will alow you to stand and fight if they wish to come at you head on.
After these three items will cost you 1275 gold and will give you some basic boosts that will help you gain the rest of your items.
Mercury's Treads - This will make you harder to keep you in place and help you a lot against high crowd control teams (stuns, snares, etc.) In addition it will give you a small boost to your magic resist.
Chain Vest - After you buy this item you will probably have around 60% dmg reduction to attack dmg. This will help you stay longer in the small team fights that should be happening by now.
Hexdrinker - This is your highest cost item listed above. However it is still only 1800 gold and is a good boost to your surviverability and attack dmg. After this item you should have around 60% of both magic and armor reduction and will have a shield that will absorb 300 magic dmg. This is extremely helpful against champions like Karthas or Malzahar when they try to finish you with their Ultimates.
Phage - This will help you health and give you something to slow your target you should be focusing.
Bilgewater Cutlass - Great improvement to your Vampiric Scepter that will give you a nice additional active for chasing. The Life Steal and Attack Dmg is also a nice bonus.

Trinity Force - This is usually the first high cost item I go for. It helps Shyvana overall and sets up more bonuses for other items I would get.
Hextech Gunblade - This item is also high cost but since three of the four abilities Shyvana has deal magic dmg the spell vamp added to the life steal is extremely helpful to keep up Shyvana's health in a large clash.
These two items I tend to stick with most matches if they continue this long. However most matches seem to end in surrender before the real game can begin. However these next items are items I have been itching to test with the ones I would already have.
Atma's Impaler - I would get this Item mainly because it gives attack damage and gives you a little crit. Besides I want to keep the armor from my Chain Vest.
Infinity Edge - This would be the icing on the cake if you can buy it after the other items. With the total attack dmg and crit you would have from the other items this would be a major boost. This item is also another reason I would get Atma's Impaler if I believe I may be capable of getting Infinity Edge. Trading this in for your Doran's Shield if you still are holding it is a sure trade.

This is my personal build I have come up with. Like I said before I wish others to test it. It works for me in so I wanted to see how others will do with it. I understand she is fairly new so I will be open to new ideas. However for now this is what I enjoy using.
