I prefer starting with cloth armor and 5 potions, because from this you can easy build your wrigglers lantern fast, and enemy solo toper will not deal you enough damage. of course if you stay against AP solo toper like Rumble, buy vampire scepter or shoes with 3 potions.

Shoes - mercury treads are pretty nice with their tenacity effects, but if enemy team has a lot of physical damage dealer buy Ninja Tabi, they will be better ;)

Summoner Spells

Flash - great escape mechanism, or counter summoner spell to enemy flash - if enemy flashe over the wall with minimum of HP you can easy follow him by this skill.

Exhaust - counter AD carry spell - with your masteries it will make enemy carry deal 50% less damage then normal and is slowed.

Other spells:
Ignite - if enemy has some great selfhealer like Mundo, Swain or Warwick, this spell will help your team

Teleport - great spell for solo top lane, you will never miss any lasthits on your lane, because you will all the time be with your creeps ;))
