Honestly the items you get depend on the team you face so I wouldn't Keep CTRL+Alt ing to see what to buy next but then again the items up there are very good against any team.

Jungling

START AT BLUEbut make sure your team is there because EVERYONE loves to gank/steal ammunus jungle.
1. Blue Golem
2. Wolves
3. Wraiths
4. Small Golems (smite should be back from blue ones)
5. GANK or find whats respawned/alive in the jungle

WRAP UP

ALWAYS start the team fights with bandage toss while your w is up, if you land the toss and they are bunched up ult as soon as possible. Alowing your teamates to use their cs and or get in a position.
