Introduction
The masteries I use are simply to put out as much damage as I can using my skills considering Talon is not ment to be used as an auto attack champion. The masteries I use in Utility tree are ment for mana regen help to be able to lane longer and hur*** more. I also use greed over Utility Mastery due to the fact that I never find myself needing red or blue buff so I perfer the constant gold.
The items are ment for doing the most damage with your skills as possible. The blood thirster and Infinity edge for the attack damage. Ghost blade for the armor pen, crit, attack damage, and the use for chasing and dealing more damage. Trinity force helps increase the damage of your Q by a lot and then a gaurdian angel so you can be a little bit less squishy while also making the enemy team less likely to focus you.
To use Talon i mainly try to hit the target with Rake before moving in with Cutthroat followed after with Noxian Diplomacy. Then using my ultimate if they are low on health to deal more damage or waiting for another Rake as they try to get away. Doing so will allow your Noxian Diplomacy to hit with its max potential. You will have the damage increase buff from your Cutthroat along with your passive due to the slow from Rake, also Triforce will effect Noxian Diplomacy increasing the damage greatly. Using your ultimate as a evassive skill is quiet wise if you know you cant win and try to confuse them with the direction you were going in.
In group fights sometimes is smart to just run in hit the squishest target or the one your team is focusing, using your ult to get out then returning to the fight.
