ummm first 11 items build in order zona's and abysal are interchangeable rylai's and deathcap are also interchangeable

Items

reasoning
boots 3 health pots- you need the speed early on and no other item in this build alows for the 3 healt pots

three health pots- you don't need mana pots if your doing it right harass a little with fling and go in for a kill or double at three when you have two ranks in poison and ignite and ghost up

sapphire crystal- one of your best buys 200 mana should fix any problems you have with mana and the fifty health is just nice

ruby crystal-builds into roa

catalyst- wins lanes

blasting wand- 40 ap nice and allows you to be a bit more autoregressive

roa- makes you extremly tanky

warmogs- built in order of giants belt->ruby crystal->regrowth pendant- singed farms like a boss

zonya's hourglass/abyssal scepter- give resist and ap all singed needs after all the health items and speed abyssal scepter also provides magic resist reduction the hourglasses pasive has saved me so many times its not funny build in order of what kills/damages you most

rylais crystal scepter/rabadons death cap- rabadons if you get away rylais if you dont

the third build is for anti-vigar singed cant handle vigar well so you need to build accordingly banishes will save you so much so rush it after boots either merc or swiftness i perfer swiftness the last for items can be swapped around as nessasary

playstyle

1-3 passive until they get to close to you a tower or lanemate
4-5 less passive
6-9 diving and ganking
10-18 pulling people from towers or groups for your team to take out

Runes

mp5s per lvl- fix your mana problems for most of the game

move quints- you need to be fast you have to catch that yi, sivir, blitzcrank ect. that is low health for the ace

magic pen- increases damage output during the entire game

Masteries

veterens scars
archaich knowlege
tenacity
why 9/21/0 and not 9/0/21 because utility isnt important to singed in a dual lane
in a solo lane go 9/9/12 taking the second page of masteries
both pages are equaly viable just one allows you to start of more tanky the other allows to harass and lvl more
