Introduction

Singed is one of the most difficult champions to deal with. He has high damage output with his Poison Trail and Fling along with being one of the best tanks in the game while able to take tons of punishment with Insanity Potion. He is also nearly unchasable due to his Stick Adhesive and Poison Trail severely slowing and damaging those in his wake with massive movement speed boosts from his ult.

Items

Rylai's Crystal Scepter: this adds slow in poison trail severely immobilizing people in the cloud and when used Fling slows them so they can not simply run out.

Moonflair Spellblade: MnSb gives Singed the tenacity he needs to run up to the enemy champions and fling them into his teammates and allows him to easily shake off the CC they throw at him.

Catalyst the Protector/Rod of Ages: Catalyst allows Singed strong staying power in lane while filling in his mana gaps using poison trail to farm. Rod of Ages gives him the the HP and mana to survive in team fights while giving him AP to deal damage.
