If you'v never played Singed before, dont be sad if you got some problems in your first games.

All you need to know is that Singed is one of the rare melee Champs that can Kill enemies without hitting them activly.

I choose Def masteries 9-21-0 because of the Speedbuff and the life- / manaregeneration.
And of course the Magic penetration for the most important Toss skill.

These Masteries are good for many dodge runes. If you got Ap / manareg runes you should go offensive tree.

My Teamrole is TANK so in this way is Defensive 100% obligatory.

You can buy Stab of Ages first if you got solo lane or get feed very early. Else you should follow my purchase.

The Summoner Spells arent very important for Singed. They can help to grab or help to defend your Teammates but that is it.

You can choose other Marks or Glyphs. But you will need the dodge Seals and Quintessences.
