thanks for the comment, but please keep in mind it was an EXPERIMENT

Naturally, singed makes a very threatening AP stacker, however the way you manage his empowered bulwark in this build is something beyond my understanding. If you are going to build on top of your base health in this way, I would recommend going with one of these staffs, and then building on top of that. I understand that this is not a tank build, however Singed is naturally a Tanky DPS, which means, with tanky health/mana/resistance items and strong AP items all with slowing passives can help you maximize your damage output before they escape. I would also have gone with the greater seal of force, since you can easily rely on mana potions at the beginning of the match. The small amount of mana will not help you later in game. This build also leads to a fairly more difficult early game because of its dependence upon the amount of spells you cast. You may find yourself coming across many intelligent players who invest in a bloodrazor. This will ultimately make your health useless for it will take 25 hits no matter what to take you down... If you had read the description you would've known that it is NOT a tank build and it was not meant to be one... It's based on Mana/AP

-1 cause i had lack of everything, i know i know, a lot of mana and etc but that not cover other things like survivability,his passive don't give enough HP. I think stacking archangels is a bad choice + expensive, and if you or your team goes bad, you have no chance of buying so much archangels

before getting the first Archangel's Staff, you should really think about getting the Rabadon's Deathcap so your build would look like this-
