Introduction

Hi everybody, thank you for watching the Singed the Archangel build.
This build is based on Archangelstaff's. WARNING:SINGED IS NOT REALLY A TANK THIS WAY! THIS BUILD IS PURELY EXPERIMENTAL! TRY THE BUILD FIRST BEFORE YOU VOTE!

Pros / Cons

Pro's:
+ Great Damage output
+ A lot of Mana
+ A lot of health
+ A lot of Mana-regen

Con's
- Not much defence
- Nothing special in early game

Summoner Spells

For SummonerSpells i choose:
1. Flash -> User teleports at the cursor current location
2. Ignite -> Deals 50 + character's level true damage to and hostile unit.

Flash is nice when chasing and when you are running away.
Ignite is just meant to finish someone off.

Other good spells:

Teleport when you have recalled.
Exhaust for chasing and running away.
Ghost for chasing and running away.
Cleanse handy when trying to run.
Don't even look at:

Heal Just a noob spell in my eyes.
Revive Not even worth talking about.
Clarity You have a lot of mana/manaregen, so you don't need a mana heal
Rally and Clairvoyence You are not a support, so why take these?

Masteries

9/0/21. Pretty basic caster masteries, if you ask me.
Offence: The nine points are mostly based on a little more damage. A bit Ability Power and magic penetration.
Defence: Zero points, Singed isn't a tank in this build so you don't need defence.
Utility: All of the twenty one points in utility are for mana/manaregen.

Runes

Rune list:

1. Greater Glyph of Potency +0.99 ability power

2. Greater Seal of Intellect +6.89 mana

3. Greater Mark of Potency +0.59 ability power

4. Greater Quintessence of Potency +4.95 ability power

I choose these runes because they provide Ability Power and Mana.
I didn't chose mana-regen or magic penetration because this build is based on mana and Singed's passive. If you have any suggestions: please subscribe!

Items

Mercury's Treads
5 Archangel's staff

Mercury's Treads give +25 Magic Resist UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2 Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, sleeps, and immobilizes by 35%. Very useful boots for escaping because of the passive ability. You could also consider buying the Sorcerer's Shoes, if you want more damage output ( Sorcer's Shoes give 25 magic penetration)
: The core item of this build. This item gives +400 Mana +25 Mana Regen per 5 sec +45 Ability Power Passive: 3% of your Max Mana is converted to Ability Power. UNIQUE Passive: Each time your Champion uses an Ability their Maximum Mana will increase by 4 Mana. This effect has a limit of +1000 mana. The 's Mana and UNIQUE passive stack perfectly with 's passive ability. Even with no tank items [icons=Singed] still has a **** load of health. NOTE: Singed has not really much Magic Resist or Armor. And because of the other passive effecct of the Archangel's Staff you also have quite a lot of Ability Power.

Skill Sequence

Empowered Bulwark - Increases Singed's health by 0.25 for each mana point he has.
This passive is extremely effective with a lot of mana -> With the Archangel's Staff and a lot of Ability spamming you'll have a INCOMPREHENDIBLE amount of Mana -> Which leads to HUGE health.
Poison Trail - Leaves a trail of poison behind Singed, dealing damage to enemies caught in the path.
Toggle: Singed lays a poisonous trail which deals 22/34/46/58/70 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage per second.
Cost
13 Mana per Second
Range
20
Extremely powerful move, especially in combination with Fling: Put on your Poison Trail and Fling your opponent -> he lands in the poison and gets extremely high damage in just a few seconds.

Mega Adhesive - Throws a vial of mega adhesive on the ground, slowing enemies who walk on it.
Leaves a sticky area on the ground for 5 seconds, slowing enemies in the area by 35/45/55/65/75% (lasts 1 second after leaving).
Cost
70/80/90/100/110 Mana
Range
1000
Quite useful in a chase, but not necessary. I put 1 point in it at 4 and leave it that way until level 14.

Fling - Damages target enemy unit and flings them into the air behind Singed.
Singed flings an enemy over his shoulder, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+100% Ability Power) magic damage.
Cost
100/110/120/130/140 Mana
Range
100
This is a really useful skill for killing: You just throw someone in your poison and he's dead in no time.

Insanity Potion - Singed drinks a potent brew of chemicals, granting him increased combat stats.
Singed drinks a potent brew of chemicals, granting him 35/50/65 Attack Damage, Attack Speed %, Ability Power, Armor, Movement Speed, and Health and Mana Regeneration per 5 for 25 seconds.
Cost
150/150/150 Mana
Range
20

Just one of the most powerful ultimates in the game, if you ask me. This skill boosts all of your combat skills and is extremely useful in both escaping/surviving from a chase and chasing/killing your opponent.

Playstyle

Early Game

Up Poison Trail and buy your Boots and your potion. Go to one of the side lanes and wait for the Minions to come. Farm as many Minions as you can by poisoning them with Poison Trail. You'll need your money to buy the Mercury's Treads and the Archangel's Staff as soon as possible. After you've upgraded Fling, you might go kill some enemy's with your teammate. NOTE: When you want this, try to pick the most squishy opponent first and remeber to put Poison Trail on first BEFORE using Fling to maximize your damage.

Mid Game

You should have one or two Archangel's Staff now. Try to kill champions whenever you can but also stay farming minions in order to get the other Archangel's Staff. If trying to kill a champion use this combo: Poison Trail -> Insanity Potion -> Fling -> normal attacking. Squishy targets will, with help from your teammate, not survive this and stronger champions will be severely damaged.

Late Game

Killing enemy Champions is now the top priority. You'll have three or four Archangel's Staff now and a lot of health/mana/Ability Power. Squishy will fall for your Poison Trail -> Insanity Potion -> Fling -> normal attacking combo and Stronger champions will be hit hard. When in teamfights you and your team can score an ace easely with some teamwork.

My Stats:

13/3/9
21/5/13
7/0/4
