Hello folks,
I recently joined the competetive scene playing ranked games and watching a lot of LCS and guides. Mobafire is for the most important source, when it comes to improving my knowledge of the game. Unfortunately i feel like there is no Sivir guide out there, that really fits my way of playing her and since she is the first champion i bought and i play mostly adc, i would like to specialize on playing her. So i combine the experience i allready made with her, with make experiments to find out what is the ideal way of playing her.
Before her remake, "Sivir - all you ever need to know" by Meridianprime was the most important source for me. But since some changes in the patch, my gameplay developed and is not a copy of his (or her?) style anymore. From now on i gather information and experience to create this guide as a reference of the items, supports, runes and tactics that fit the best to her.
Please forgive my linguistic mistakes, since i come from Germany and have lacking english skills. If one of the readers may has the patience it would be very nice to give my a list of the (probably) many mistakes i do, to improve the readibility^^

Currently we don't see Sivir a lot in competetive play such as LCS. The most common adc's have either some sort of escape or mobility or they have a monsterous dps in late game. In late game Sivir can't compete with her damage output against other carries, which makes her not the best choice for late game oriented picks. Her kit can also not as much poke damage in the early game as Lucian's does. What makes her unique in my eyes, is her push strength, her mechanics with the e-spell and the most awesome wave clear in the game.

Pros:
- high burst damage
- best waveclear
- great pusher
- good in defending towers

Cons:
- not a good poker
- not a hyper lategame carry
- lacks a little in mobility
- very depending on picks of
your teammates

I don't experiment with a lot, these are basicly standard masteries and runes pages for adc. I focus rather on her burst damage and her ability to last hit minions in the early game. You can vary with the quints, some may take only lifesteal quints, i've also seen AS Quints, but i don't recommend them, because Sivir scales better with AD and it helps you more while farming.

This is basicly how you skill sivir and the priories are not situational. I mostly skill q first, in order to last hit minions which are out of range and or to hurt the opponment. I saw some sivirs skilling w first, but i does not make a lot of sense. In some cases, such as fighting against an invading blitzcrank, it can safe your *** when u learn e first.
