Intro

This is a tanking build for Mundo, please for the love of god, do not build him the recommended way, it just doesn't work out, Ive seen many attempt it... Just don't do it

Runes

I used these runes because they greatly help at the beginning of the game. Later on mundo is a beast, in the beginning however, he is a little easier to kill then he should be. So with the added help of your runes, it should become an easy task to divide and conquer.

Masteries

Defense build as he is a tank, the dodge and health really help early game, as well as the damage decrease. Then go for utility because the XP is a giant bonus, even better if you have a zilian on your team. Don't go attack, this is a tank build.

Items

I know you're all thinking, why the heck is he building AP?... This is a GREAT build for Mundo because its so pro... nobody will expect it. With Rylai's, you have the ability to turn yourself into a walking slow machine. It stacks on his cleaver, so theres more there, and as soon as you pop burning agony, you run beside them and they are in a permanent slow. If one item is needed more then another its fine to switch up the order. Warmogs combined with force of nature should allow you to keep up Burning Agony at minimal health loss to you. Guardian angel is usually a last for me if the game runs too long, but it can also be substituted equally well for a sunfire cape.

Skill Sequence

To be quite honest, Im not positive if the levels are right. Update cleaver ASAP. It is the most valuable tool you have, and you can max it at level 9. Then update Burning Agony and Masochism intermittently, I generally end up with burning agony at 5, then masochism at about 2 or 3, it changes depending on whether youre a farm machine or going into lots of fights

Summoner Spells

I always go ghost and ignite, ghost stacked with your ult can be a great way to get the kill and get out, or simply to run away. Ive led entire teams away using this tactic. Ignite is great for those pesky kills. However if you plan to go rylais, you can go exhaust too. This is good to catch up and get them into the perma slow.
