She can be a great asset for teams due to her excellent healing skills and overall sustain dmg! But if the Team dont ned Heals you are less effective...but never useless !

Yeah i play Soraka as a glass canon cause she is not there to tank dmg thats not her job she cant build health cause it scales realy bad with her skills. So what are you going to do ? just Heal Heal Heal Heal ! she scales realy good with AP and MS so lets be the Astral Ambulance !
