This is an overall buff with star call and infuses ratios being increase and the armour buff for the blessing being increased

Runes

The cd runes give the 10 cd needed to get max cd with 15 from the boots and 15 from shurelya's. Mana regen runes help you spam your q more often and the health quints. Ap runes just for the extra kick at the start.
