Soraka is srong top champ bc u can poke with Q E and u have good sustain whith W and R u can deal almost vs everyone.
She is good vs ad top champs like nasus, jax, yasuo, zed or champs with low sustain

EARLY GAME
Level up first your q and poke your opponent as much as u can try to deny farm . Play aggressive bc you are very strong early game. care with the jungler he will come 100% so put wards.

MID GAME
At this point you should have won your lane or almost won, try to roam if u have Rylais.

LATE GAME
Now your mission is support your team, get some defensive items and carry your team to the victory!!.

ITEMS

You must buy Rylais this is a must have item also you should buy some cd item like spirit visage or frozen heart.

Start with Q then W if u lost hp otherwise level up E at lvl 3 W then

+ Good vs AP carry.
+ u can help your team with your R.
+ Easy farm with Q.
+ Can push fast the lane.
+ People dont know how to play against you.
+ Very funny u can humiliate your opponent.

Cons

- No escape.
- Late game you become support.
- Squishy you must buy defensive/HP items.
- bad for ganks.
- your team will think that you are trolling.
