I've been playing Evelynn since Season 3, but didn't play ranked until Season 4. As a Platinum 4 Main, I can tell you Evelynn is very good. With Boots of Mobo and being invisible as your passive AND having an OP speed boost W that resets on assists or kills, she can get away from most invades or counter ganks. Bring ignite in normals, but flash in ranked games. All you do is spam Q and gank from behind ( they won't see it coming)... (literally). She is fun to play and sustaining in JG without runes as an early level player she's pretty hard. Blue side get Gromp, then pop a HP pot and take wolves. Then pop another pot and take scuttle then take blue. This is the most efficient way. Basically same thing red side but with the different camps. You also wanna line yourself up in camps to where your Q hits all the mobs in the camp for max efficiency. I hope you all enjoy this guide, I've been wanting to make it for awhile.
