LeBlanc is an incredible AP burst medical marijuana manufacturer assassin. You can kill that Caitlyn or that Vayne before they even know it. However playing like that is boring because you will fall off late game if you don't do your job well early. So instead you build Rod of Ages and juke all day to mess with the enemy team. They waste time chasing you when your team is taking team objectives, this will secure your team taking towers, Baron, inhibitors, and/or Drag.

Double Flash because mobafire lets me. To actually help the team and play Juke Queen LeBlanc to her best potential take. Flash and Teleport. Flash for the Flash jukes (will explain later). Teleport so you can teleport to the Stealth Ward you put in the enemy base so that you can taunt the enemies making them all follow you. Don't worry with Distortion even Enchantment: Homeguard won't catch you.

The utility tree will allow LeBlanc to eat cookies while she is in her juking jungle. The points in offensive masteries are nice to life steal off neutral monsters. I also put a point into Executioner because the icon looks like pimp cane Nasus.

You want to take Distortion at level 1 because that is your most important skill. Max Distortion ASAP then max your Ethereal Chains so you can leash them like dogs and walk them around to annoy them even more, plus the root is nice for running away. Put points into Mimic whenever possible for the double jump. Sigil of Silence is for killing, you will never need it because you will never fight. Max Sigil of Silence last or don't put any points in it at all.

CTRL+4 is essential to being a good LB. You laugh in their face after rooting them, juking them, or throwing 6 Deathfire Grasp balls at them. The CTRL+4 ensures a GGFF20 from the enemy team.

Distortion is your girlfriend. Mimiced: Distortion is your other girlfriend learn to love them. Your Distortion allows you to jump forward and upon second activation goes back to the area where you jumped if within 3 seconds.

Use this to troll your enemies, they can never catch you, occasionally throw them some Ethereal Chains so you can CTRL+4 at them.
