**** Cait early game, she will poke you a lot, and likely have a support to help her with it. Don't engage on her early unless your jungler is helping. Leona helps win this match up later in lane a bunch. Don't fight until you have some items and level 6. Big thing here is make sure your jungler helps. If you don't get demolished early game, you should be able to win trades with her no problem at all.
