This is my first time actually making a guide so let me know if I need improvement on how this is set up. I was just inspired to make my own guide when I noticed that none of the other Shen guides were like the one I've made for him. I think it's a really good build and thought I would create this guide to see how well everyone else would rate it.

I chose the http://edge4.mobafire.com/images/item/regrowth-pendant.gif Regrowth Pendant and Health Potion as my first item so I could stay in the lane longer and support whoever I'm laning with.
In my Shen's item build, I'm mostly trying to bring up his max health to improve the effect of his Vorpal Blade. I also got the http://edge4.mobafire.com/images/item/thornmail.gif Thornmail to create a better influence when he uses his Shadow Dash. I added the http://edge4.mobafire.com/images/item/atmas-impaler.gif Atma's Impaler to increase his impact as a tank that is not to be ignored in a team fight. I decided to put a http://edge4.mobafire.com/images/item/randuins-omen.gif Randium's Omen at the end to also supplement the Shadow Dash along with the Thornmail.

The reason I have Revive is so that if you do end up dying, then you can run back into the fight with Stand United and become even more difficult to take down than before with the bonus health it gives you.
I also chose the Heal spell because usually you'll be using Stand United on a weakened allied champion. So when you do appear beside your wounded teammate, he'll be more likely to survive the battle and less likely to feed the enemy team.
