Introduction
For Shyvana I feel that this rune set up it optimal, the armor pen reds and quints mean you're actually doing damage when you hit things, the attack speed yellows give you a quick boost at the beginning of the game, and the MR blues give you a larger margin for error and getting hit by caster champions in the first few minutes of the lane phase.
I will be testing Attack speed reds and blues and changing for health quints in the next couple of weeks.

I've been seeing a lot of builds starting with wriggles, and this frustrates me. The life steal you gain is nice, and so is everything else on the item, but you'd be better served by grabbing a zeal and a phage at basically the same cost. That's my explanation and I'm sticking to it =P.
These items will give you the attack speed, damage, health, pretty much everything else you need.

I hate flame breath. It's stupidly, and somehow impossible, for me to land. It's damage is also negligible, and though the armor pen is nice, you need it a lot less than any of your other abilities at this level. So I level it last.
You obviously grab, and level your Burnout as soon as possible because it's where most of your damage is going to be coming from with this build (not the damage from the burnout it's self, but from the attack speed and movement speed you gain), it is also a your only escape until you get your ult.
Leveling Twin bite second, instead of with Burnout is merely preference, you could do either and be just as effective.
And obviously put a point in your ult every time you can, it's reticules and I love it. Also, you're a dragon.
