My Talon Build
I think due to a glitch in the mobafire system it is not displaying his correct stats at lvl 18 it should read 233 Dmg.
If anyone knows how to post the items in the descriptions so you get a visual of what item im building instead of just text and can comment how to do this that would be great. :)
So i spent all day playing talon today to get a feel for his abilitys. His potential is amazing!!!
He is so quick the enemy players can barely target you. As per his spotlight i prefer to max Rake and Noxian diplomacy as quickly as possible. for max damage early game.
Talon has fast became one of my favourite champs in a matter of 3 seconds you can kill a enemy champ and move onto next.
I first purchase Boots of speed and 3 Health potions for early game surviability.
I stay in lane until i have 1350 credits to purchase the brutalizer for a early game advantage.
I follow this by finishing the build for berserkers greaves.
Followed by Phage and Vampiric scepter.
I then finish the building brutalizer into Youmuus Ghostblade.
I then finish building phage into Frozen mallet (i do this because it allows you to always have extra damage from talons passive ability mercy).
Followed by building bloodletter followed by Infinity edge.
At this stage his damage is through the roof so a little survability to help you get out of combat never hurts so i build warmogs armour.

When i engage a opponent in combat if my Ultimate is avaliable i will Cast Shadow ***ualt as im running towards them to avoid any abilitys cast at me.
I then cast Cutthroat to teleport behind them causing the blades thrown out by shadow ***ualt to all converge on one target for maximun damage.
This is quickly followed by Noxian Diplomacy so i use this because it resets talons basic attack so you get 2 attacks in the same time as one.
I then cast rake at this point your opponents health will be on half if not lower and they will most probably run by this time your cutthroat and noxian diplomacy have cooled down teleport behind and stab for the finish. :)
If my Ultimate is not ready do as above but with out the ultimate first. :)

Pro
Alot of fun.
He tends to have very high mana regen early game i found myself rarely running out.
He is great in team fights.
His ability to be invisible and teleport behind the enemy make him very hard to target.
His damage is extreme.
Cons
Laning is his weakest point but i chose the runes to combat this as per the spotlight.
If you dont pay attention or you make a wrong move your dead.
His health is a bit squishy again hopefully this build should fix that.
