~ Counter build boots or Mobility Boots. < depending on their team or how messed up in lane you're at, that is what determines boots... If the mid is messing you up, Mercury's Treads because 9/10 times they will be AP, If they have 4 AD and 1 AP, Ninja Tabi. And if you can clean up your lane then get a quick gank and roam get them Mobility Boots
~Don't go Doran's Blade in the beginning because you are an AD caster so you're a shorter range so you need movement from the boots to dodge skill shots and pots to heal the harass.

~Farm with your W, Get away with your W, it slows...
~ try waiting until level three to start poking so you can E>W>Q for almost half of their hp gone
~Your E silences them...
~Use your ult to get away r chase someone down if it is really that needed.
