Champion Build Guide
Intro
Hi, I’m Pie. I'm a Talon main. I’ve been playing Talon for the past seven years. Even though I’m still in Bronze rank, I’m confident in my experience with the champion. I’ve watched plenty of tutorials and learned a lot from Yamikaze about combos and dealing more damage, which inspired me to create some combos of my own!
Tactics
I usually go with Electrocute runes on Talon to quickly burst champions and stack up lethality for higher damage output. But with this build I’m working on, it’s specifically tailored for hunting ADRs, especially the squishier ones.
This setup isn’t just about taking down ADRs, it’s also effective against champions who can’t keep up with or counter a Talon user. Here’s what I suggest:
With Electrocute, you can often one-tap an ADR by combining your second skill (W) with your first (Q), and proccing your passive for bonus damage. If they somehow survive, you can always finish them off with your ultimate as a backup option.

Abilities
Always prioritize maxing Talon's Q skill first since it is your main source of damage. When maxed, it deals significantly more damage, especially at close range. If you jump on an enemy with Q from a distance, it does decent damage combined with Electrocute, but for maximum impact, save your Q for closer attacks. This way, you can make the most out of its enhanced damage potential.
Builds
Always start with a Long Sword if you're playing midlane Talon. However, if your opponent has durability-focused runes like Grasp of the Undying, you can opt for Doran's Blade to gain 3% lifesteal for better sustain. That said, I recommend sticking with the Long Sword so you can build Youmuu's Ghostblade faster.
If you're a midlaner and want to hunt down squishy champions, always prioritize controlling the jungle lane and assisting with objectives. This allows you to pressure their ADR during the mid or late game. Helping your jungler secure objectives ensures they can gank other lanes smoothly, giving your team a significant advantage.
