When you really think about it, talon is the culmination of minds thinking how to add an assassian to league. He has great mobility, amazing damage, and outstanding (but a lack of) skins. All you have to do is just know when to roam, look for picks in the jungle and know when to all in your laner. I will cover these in the next 3 chapters.

You really want to roam as much as you can on talon, use his E to the fullest and you will get so much worth out of him. Make sure your wave is always in a good spot before you do or it can come bite you in the future as the zoe takes your tower at 9 minutes.

When you decide to go for picks, always try to hit the classic combo of W Q R IGNITE. This will allow for you to get the most damage off as quickly as possible and by the time your combo is finished most likely your Q will be up again to proq your R fi you didn't aa already. Try to go for picks when enemies are pushed up in the side lanes or if there is a fight going on in the jungle and you can get a easy pick coming from behind them, just make sure you do this later than earlier in the fight, as this can leave you with no outs as your E has a huge cooldown on the wall.

You really want to all in your laner when you can land some early hits on them, Preferably you can snag a easy kill at level 3 and level 6 in lane. The rest really just is whenever you feel your damage can comfortably kill them.
