Welcome to My Talon Build, this is my first real build on Lol so bear with me. Critique is appreciated and i would also like for you to at least try the build out before you down vote.

Welcome to Talon, he's a High Burst Melee Assassin who I personally believe bursts like a pro. He can enter and exit the fight pretty easily thanks to his ult and still damage on the retreat. And if you just so happen to overextend chasing him and get caught by a stun he will punish you handily. My personal opinion is that Talon is all about waiting for those perfect moments to dash in rape and then get out before your shiny blade cloak calls to much attention.

Runes are pretty straight forward. Designed to add to your rape and nothing else. I trust more in myself to dodge in and out and stay mobile then limit my output by taking mr/armor/hp runes. Straight AD Marks and Glyphs for added punch and Mana Regen Seals keep you good for the whole game (rarely I go grab blue mostly I'm hungry for red buff)and armor pen quints to finish it off.
