The purpose of this build is to be the master tank. Singed may not be classified as a tank but he can easily dish out damage with his E and suck up tower damage, allowing your team to have an advantage and against your enemy. Singed may be slow with this build but he has almost invincibility due to his items, causing him to not need speed.
