If you guys haven't noticed, this is TheRainMan's build on Teemo on SoloMid.NET.

Instead of Guardian Angel, wouldn't it be better to just use Rylai's? For AP at least. It'll give you enough health to be more tanky, and will give you a slow, all the while furthering your AP goal. Guardian Angel seems a bit overkill.

@The Teddy Bear: The reason being, Teemo is WAYYYY too squishy. Runes don't do enough to make Teemo even slightly tank-y. That's why the GA is there. And at least, if he's focused down, he'll still be back up from the passive(even though I personally don't like it, but I see many guides recommend it as a final item).

Yeah as for your items you should use AP instead of your guardian angel since teemo is an assassin. Teemo wouldn't really be tanking so why get Guardian Angel instead of putting Teemo up to his full potential?

Mmmk. Aha. I didn't really read through your WHOLE guide, but, just a few little things first:
1. PICTURES. YOU NEED PICTURES. Look at this guide, so you can make your guide nicer and easier to read.

2. Make your section divisions more clear. They're wayyyy too small. Make the new sections bigger, and to help a bit more, make it a different color. Then, it'll be easier to see the transitions.
3. Also, to make it more similar to other guides(but this should really help a lot), add a shrooming visual. That'd be really nice. :).
4. Make a sub-section for situational items, as it's not like you're going to get all those items while you're getting shredded by a fed Annie or something.
5. Mmm. I find the section after "#7: Skilling Order" to be pretty darn confusing. I really don't know what you're talking about in there(or it's just me).
6. Also, you might like to describe your masteries and your runes inside your guide as well. They may be shown, but people may confused as to why you picked those('cause I know I am a little bit).

NOW ON TO ITEMS AND SKILLS AND SUCH.
1. Your skill tree set in your build. Puts priority on E and W. I would think that this is a mis-click, but still. Just fix it to (what I think) should be more priority on E and Q.
2. Now, why would you need 3 Doran's Blades/Rings? If you really want to get duplicates, 2 is enough. 3 is just too much.

Just my suggestions, you don't have to take 'em, but I think they would help your guide a lot. I won't vote just yet. Hopefully, others will come across this guide and offer more than what I just said. Then, I'll probably come back to look at what you've done. GL on improving it. :).

You REALLY should use coding and colors. Also I think you're leveling thing is quite displaced (or is it cause of Opera?). Maybe you should use (Ability) **inster [ for (!** (or something like this)
