Introduction
The reason why i chose this rune setup is:
Greater Glyph of Insight: a good rune for any ability power champion. This rune is only supposed to help you in the early game phase, but when you get your void staff and abyssal sceptor that should bring down there magic resist to almost a zero percentile making it very easy to kill somebody.
The glyphs and the seal are just for that extra bit of armor you will need for those annoyin DPS people.
The quints are pretty standard cooldown reduction => allowing you to use your flamespitter very often.
The faster movement speed is just for those people that use flash and you dont have your boots yet, you can just catch up to them using ghost, scrap shield, and electro-harpoon

If against a 1v1:
open up with a scrap shield to get in close, then electro harpoon for the slow, then flamespitter for the maximum damage (each ability costs 20 heat so if you use this combo you will be maximizing your flamespitter by being in the danger zone).
If in a team fight:
use the electro harpoon, then the equalizer, then use scrap shield and flame spitter and rush into the battle dealing maximum damage to everybody in a cone in front of you.
