If your goal is to rush CDR, there's a more optimal build path. Your current core items leave you heavily lacking stats: lots of defense but no health to back it up, and no enchanter items to buff your healing. You're basically forcing yourself to be an ult bot, which is unnecessary.

Here's what I propse:
Ionian Boots of Lucidity + eye of the oasis + Knight's Vow + Forbidden Idol
5850 gold, 40% CDR

Compared to:
Mercury's Treads + eye of the oasis + Frozen Heart
5700 gold, 30% CDR

For about the same amount of gold, the first build already caps your CDR. It's more well-rounded since it makes you decently tanky while also provides stats that greatly help out your team, namely KV's bond passive and FI's bonus healing. Also, having FI so soon gives you a head start on Ardent.

I recommend finishing with either Redemption -> Locket (for the most healing) or Locket -> any tank item (for maximum tankiness).

Anyways, I love the content of the guide so far. I look forward to seeing how it comes along. :)
