WHO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE ALRIGHT TO LET THE KOREANS BUILD ADC. Damage + armor pen + the culling = a sad taric main.

A little on my "authority"
While this build can only take you so far.
its YOUR job to learn how to play him / the support role
Early game
Play passively until you have all three spells and a second point into your stun. if the enemy goes in on you or your ADC, make them regret that.
Use your passive AGGRESSIVELY and learn how to chain your abilities.
A simple taric combo is Stun, auto, auto, Shield, auto, auto, heal, auto auto. repeat this combo untill trade is won and some one dies, or they back out.
REMEMBER TO WATCH YOUR ADC the stun you have can be fired off of them, so remember to use that when you are behind your ADC.
When the enemy leaves or dies you should do ONE of two things
1. Push towers using your simple Taric combo (that will SHRED its health, and sadly, your Mana
2. Get dragon if jungler is near or ping that you should do it and are ready to.
Welcome to the mid game
use this to your advantage and be ready to dive towers for free kills (ping ahead when you are going in)
play mid game like any other support, watch your jungler when he is on your side, and if he needs help go to him once you have warned your ADC. roam and push towers using your combo for lots of lane pressure EVERYWHERE.
Late game
your ult is a life saver (literally) when you use it in team fights engage and follow this combo
Stun, Auto, Ult, Auto, Auto, heal, Shield, auto, auto, Stun this will get you some one caught out and almost a guaranteed kill.
PUSH LIKE A MONSTER, USE YOUR ULT ON YOUR ADC TO TAKE NEXUS/ INHIBITERS
