Farming:Early game it is hard but once you get sheen it becomes easy to farm with your passive.Iceborn and Titanic Hydra are good for farming too.I sometimes outfarm adcs so he is not the worst.

Teamfighting:You want to cast your W on a person who can jump in the enemy team (Like Lee Sin/Vi/Yasuo) so you can then cast E and stun someone then when you go all in cast R with W on someone so you can have more people ulted.Focus mid carries and adcs with stun and you should be fine.
