This is my first guide, but I'll try to make it good for you guys. Teemo, the fast, poisonous, squirrel looking thing. He may sound like he's 10, but don't underestimate him. Teemo has probably one of the highest dps in the game. He has good attack speed from the beginning to the end of the game. I will try to help you guys build with Teemo and play him successfully. Now Teemo is a squishy champion, but this next item will help with that a little. Next you're going to want to get the frozen hammer. It gives a nice 700 hp increase as well as 20 attack and a chance to slow on hit. This will be great in those longer chasing fights. Now if the game isn't over, or you're just fed, you're going to want to buy the Nashor's Tooth. This is extremely helpful as it gives ability power, attack speed and cooldown reduction. All of which are useful for Teemo. Now after you get a Nashor's Tooth and the game is still going you can either go for some crit chance and buy the Phantom Dancer, or increase attack damage and ability power more and buy the Rageblade.

This is an attack speed/attack damage Teemo build. First get your boots, they help with the early gank and overall mobility. Then get the Berserker Greaves to increase move and attack speed. Now you're going to want to build for Madreds for that attack speed and damage bonus, as well as it's good passive. What you've been waiting for, how to play Teemo ingame. Teemo is an easy champion to use, but hard to master. Teemo is a good soloer, and team player. His stealth can make for a good surprise attack in mid lane, and his mushrooms help scout out land, make an escape path or intercept fleeing enemies. If you are soloing with Teemo, then you want to do your stuff and whenever an opponent gets near, just hit them with a blinding dart and back off a little. Eventually you can wear them down enough where you can chase them down for the kill. Once you hit lvl 6 you get Teemo's mushrooms, which are extremely helpful. At first you're going to just want to place them in a bush, and try to lure your enemy into them and get a kill. As you advance, you want to start placing mushrooms in the jungle to scout out where your opponents are heading. When playing solo with Teemo just harass, then chase when necessary and you'll be fine.

This is to help those that like to lane with other ally champions. Teemo is an excellent support character. His blinding dart can cause all of your opponent's attack miss an ally, and give them a chance to escape. Or you can just sit there and team up on an enemy champion. Teemo's mushrooms are extremely helpful in team battles. One strategy is to just place mushrooms in a bush and have you and your teammate wait, then when your enemy comes in they get hit by a shroom, are slowed, and then hopefully dead. You can also use mushrooms to plan an escape path for you and your allies. Just place them in a bush or a path and try to have your enemy follow you through them, it slows them and can change the tide of battle. Your enemy might take enough damage from your shrooms you can just turn around and finish them off. Teemo is also good for ambushes. You have an ally hide in a bush near you, and you run into a seperate bush full of mushrooms, while luring enemy champion(s). Then your passive allows you to turn invisible, so as your enemy walks in they are hit by mushrooms, as you ally is coming in to help, you unstealth and just barrage them with your attacks, and this gurantees a kill almost every time.
