So That I Have A Little Bit Of Damage And Even Some Life.Then I Go Straight To A Phantom Dancer.It Gives Me More Movement And Even Some Critical Chances.Then I Buy A BloodThirster Which Helps Me Don't Die In Team Fight And 1 vs 1 Because Of It's LifeSteal.Then I Buy Another Phantom Dancer And Another BloodThirster.After Those I Go For A Infinty Edge.With Those Items I Must Be Owning Already.Moreover I Buy A Hextech GunBlade To Close The Build.This Gives Me More Abilty Power So I Do More Damage With Mushrooms.

Runes

I Do An Ap-Tank Rune Page That Gives Me More Health And Some Abilty As Well.It Helps When Getting First Blood And When Level 6 With Mushrooms.

Spells Selection

I Select Exhaust And Ignite.Ignite Helps Alot In The First Blood Period And I Use Exhaust To Run Away From Enemies Or To Kill Them While Running AFter Them.

Masteries

I Do My Masteries 22 - 0 - 8 Which Help Me Alot With My Damage.

Summary - All In All

I Have A Lot Of Damage Which Helps Me Kill A Lot. I Have Life Steal Which Helps Me Survive In A Team Fight. I Have Some Abilty Power Which Helps Me With Mushrooms. It Like A Hybrid Build Which Contains Everything That Teemo Needs. = )
