This build do incredible damage with skills and mushrooms(ability power). Teemo with this build is the best champion of League of Legends O.o

-Low health
-Low armor
-Very squishy

Guys... With this runes Teemo do more damage with skills(ability power) and has more armor penetration but the rune in this build aren't essential.

This masteries, like the rune, do more ability power but also do more attack speed(masteries "Alacrity") and movement speed(masteries "Swiftness")

The item are the centre of this incredible build. The first item is Dorang's Ring to guarantee health, ability power and mana. Now buy Boots of Speed for movement speed. After purchase Blasting Wand to get 40 ability power(more damage with skills). Now buy Sorcerer's Shoes. After purchase Shen to obtain 25 ability power, 250 mana and its passive. It's time to purchase Lich Blane to get 80 ability power, 30 magic resistance, 350 mana, 7 movement speed and its passive. NOW TEEMO IS SO STRONG AND KILL EVERYBODY. After buy Malady to obtain 25 ability power but the important is 50 attack speed and its passive. Now purchase Fiendish Codex(30 ability power, 7 mana regeneration and 10% cooldowns reducition) and with is buy Nashor's Tooth to get 65 ability power, 50 attack speed and 25% cooldown reduction. After buy Rabadon's Deathcap to obtain 140 ability power(O.o)(in 3vs3 there isn't Rabadon's Deathcap but there is Wooglet's Witchcap... Buy it). In the end purchase Zhonya's Hourglass to get 100 ability power and 50 armor.

You always have got to upgrade the poison(E), sometimes the Q and rarely the W. Obviously upgrade the R when it's possible.

You use the summoner spells that prefer. I use Flash and Ignite.

There isn't a specific tactic, in this build you have only to attack the enemies and place mushrooms.
