i would say not a bad build but it has to work with you play stlye.
some things you might want to try out is buy the malady first it will help you hares much better.
secend i would sujest that you try out frozen mallet it will help with your hp so you can survive the burst from the ap carry a littel bit and kite the bruisers.

maybe it would be nice if you would make a map with where to plant you schrooms/wards

I see your point but i want to buy my Hextech Gunblade asap to be able to deal extreme damage early on, sustain myself pretty well and be able to deal with some 1v1 or 2v1 situations that may occur! I do not like taking frozen mallet as it will decrease my dps!!! Now about making a map with where to put shrooms i would love to do that if i had the knowledge on both where to find the map unedited and where to edit it! So if you know how i would be glad if you helped me!

And dear accaca, I understand that my attack speed goes over the cap but i do not want to wait for my passive to take effect in late game when we are either pushing their base or defending ours! I dont want to lose any prescious time by sitting there doing nothing! That's why i want to have full attack speed! But you can always not follow my build or follow it but change something! It's up to you! ;)

Dear Athenriel, i know that this is a bizzare build but it is my personal oppinion. If you don't like it, don't pick it! I choose to build Hextech Gunblade first because it gives practicaly everything! ad, ap, lifesteal, spell vamp, and Teemo is benefited from all of these, while with the attack speed from the Berserker's Greaves he can dominate pretty much anyone early on!
I decide to get the critical chance runes for many reasons! 1st if you let your passive Camouflage take effect, it gives you some bonus attack speed, which means that this attack speed at early levels is fatal! And combined with the crit-chance runes early game and later-on you will be so freaking powerful! Now, Havoc gives me a nice boost of damage, Lethality empowers my crits from the runes, and Vampirism adds that bit of sustain early on! As said this build has worked for me and i have managed to pull off some very spectacular 2v1 or 3v1 turnarounds at low levels because Teemo with this build is so strong early-on and keeps that pace until late game!

Nicely written with well planned layout. People might be opposed to your item build though.. Oh well, it's whatever suits you best.

You do realise you go over the attack speed cap by half an attack per second, it might be an idea to build something like Infinity edge instead of wit's end.

I must say this is a bizarre build...

Why you get Hextech Gunblade before Malady?
Malady is cheaper and helps you get your other items faster.

Why do you have critical chance?? I suggest you get better runes like destruction and resilience.

Why do you have 1 point in improved recall?
It is ok to have an hybrid mastery but that doesnt mean to just get everything in offense!
Havoc and Lethality and maybe Vampirism are wasted.
