I will show you how i build teemo as a Top.
I build him Alot of Ability power and some attack speed.

He is easy to master.
Got a Blind.
Good vs AD
High damage if you build good.
Good late game.
Good Damage over time.
Stealth.

Oracle elixir counter you.
Squishy.
No AoE Spells (Only Shroom)
You will get focused cause everyone hates you.
Short basic Range.

Purple Most important,
Red Important but not that must.
Yellow if you want.
You can also use 1 shroom on big minion waves.

I Take these Runes for Teemo.
Greater Mark of Attack Speed 9x
I take Mark of attack speed cause it is very good for he´s Toxic Shot
Greater Seal of Armor 9x a little bit less squishy
Greater Glyph of Ability Power 9x to make alot of Bonus damage
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power 3x Just for good ap

Priority Abilities:
Noxious Trap Toxic Shot Blinding Dart Move Quick

Yorick.
Pantheon.
Rumble.
Jayce.
Zed.

Darius.
Garen.
Tryndamere.
Aatrox.
Fiora.
