Introduction
I will show you how i build teemo as a Top.
I build him Alot of Ability power and some attack speed.
Pros
He is easy to master.
Got a Blind.
Good vs AD
High damage if you build good.
Good late game.
Good Damage over time.
Stealth.
Cons
Oracle elixir counter you.
Squishy.
No AoE Spells (Only Shroom)
You will get focused cause everyone hates you.
Short basic Range.
Mushshroom Places and Ideas.
Purple Most important,Red Important but not that must.
Yellow if you want.
You can also use 1 shroom on big minion waves.
