A teemo with a Unholy Grail and a is a BIG Troll ^^ Moreover, a teemo with a sightstone is very, very useless, a teemo use and take some cooldown reduction :D !

Your guide looks beautiful, visually. I don't know if this is a troll build or not but your cheat sheet needs improvement. Your build doesn't consist of 6 full items, and is not viable.
