I've been playing Teemo for quite a while now, and have found out that most of the builds are for the AD/AS Teemo, and they don't really require much skill to play? more of a point and click style character, people might say. so I have made this build to show you how to get the most out of Teemo.

I never have been a big fan of runes, so I just chose what I thought would be appropriate for Teemo and try and help get that edge on Teemo strength. If you find that you have better runes to use then by all mean got nuts.

Again this is something that is mainly up to you. Teemo does have a high AS/AD, so when your trying to focus on building a AP Teemo, the masteries should focus around increasing his AP/AD/AS/. Another thing to note is that he is a VERY squishy character, so when you get focused in a gank, you either are going to accept your fate and try and do as much damage to the enemy as possible before you die, or get the hell out of there. So i chose to add a little bit of armour in the masteries, if you think that it needs a tweak, i am open to suggestion.

The items really focus on his AP and AD and less on the ridiculous AS you can get Teemo to have.

First I chose the boots of speed because if you get throw in to the mid lane, then you are going to want the ability to harras hard, and escape the skill moves of the other players. also i through in some heath potions, just in case.

then when you have enough gold, I would recommend building the stinger, as it will be used in building the nashors tooth, later in game. the increase in attack speed should help with getting easy kills with Teemo's poison darts.

For obvious reasons, your going to need some sort of better shoe! you can choose from either the berserker grieves, or the sorcerers shoes. I tend to go for the sorcerers shoes so that blinding dart and the shrooms do more damage to people.

Next, now this step and the last step can be either way round dependant on who you are playing against, but this is how I would recommend getting them, get a malady. this will increase attack speed and ability power so that your mushrooms are more lethal and blinding dart has a better effect.

Then get your Nashors tooth, to further increase your AP and AS. this item is pretty much made for Teemo, so picking it up is a good idea.

Right, this is an item that I never see in a Teemo build, which is a shame. it has EVERYTHING that Teemo need and more, increased AD/AP and a nice amount of life steal. Now I believe that this life steal is crucial. This is because Teemo is very squishy and and he has nice AS, when in a 1v1 his blinding dart will stop the enemy from hitting him full stop. the use can use that OP, speed and damage to finish the job, and if they try and escape, the poison or your cleverly placed, shrooms will finish the job.

And finally, The Rabadons, this will now make your blinding dart a death wish, and your mushrooms, so over powered that you can pretty much finish some one off at half health...that is if the enemy hasn't surrendered yet ^^.
